Q. Where do the leads come from?
A. The leads are organically generated through forms that prospects fill out to request a quote. When they hit submit, you receive the quote in real time. There is no unsolicited information ever sent to people who sign up to receive leads.
Q. Are the leads exclusive or will they be sold to multiple agencies?
A. You won't find a lead service that exclusively sends leads to just one agency, but we understand that leads need to be viable and worth the investment. For this reason, our model is to limit the agencies in an area to only five. Many of the agencies will have caps based on their membership level, so at times it is not uncommon to be the only agency receiving a lead.
Q. Are the leads recycled?
A. Leads are never recycled.
Q. What are my options for how I receive leads?
A. You will have to option to have leads sent by text or email. You cannot have both text and email, but you are able to add multiple email addresses.
Q. Do I get a refund if the lead is not a real company or the contact information is not good?
A. If we can verify that the phone number and email are not the company or working lines, a refund will be issued.
Q. Do I get a refund if the company is unresponsive or says they didn't ask for a quote?
A. Leads are an investment. Every lead will not be a gem, even if the company submitted a request for a quote. We recommend evaluating your return every 2-3 months. For example, if you bought 50 leads and wrote 1 or 2 policies, earning about 3k in commission, then the return is well worth the investment. Keep in mind that it’s just the upfront cost and when that policy comes up for renewal the following year there will be no acquisition cost associated with it.
Q. How does the membership work if I have multiple states I write for?
A. Under the Platinum Membership you can add additional states for $99 per membership and receive all the benefits of the platinum account. Lower membership levels will be at the regular rate for the level desired.
Q. Can I choose the types of trucks I want to receive leads for?
A. We recommend that you leave your parameters as open as possible to get the most out of your service, but if there are some trucks you simply do not want we can filter them out.
Q. Is there a contract to use the lead service?
A. Your membership is on a month to month basis, with no long term commitment.
Q. Do I have to pay a commission on my sales?
A. Unlike some lead services, we never take commission on your sales.
